The hotel location was great, in the middle of the mountains, which gave it great views from every room. The Christmas dinner had a wide variety of dishes, but the desserts were the best. The staff was also friendly and attentive.
The hotel lacked Christmas decoration and the atmosphere was not festive. The heating in the room barely kept us warm, making it difficult to sleep during the cold winter nights.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the mountains where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the Italian countryside. the family running the hotel was very kind and made us feel at home. We particularly enjoyed using the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. We were also impressed by how spotless the rooms were, and the fact that there were always fresh towels available.
